For CTI to achieve its objective the board and management will
- Promote a culture where personal responsibility for safety and health is second nature.
- Provide ongoing safety and health training to all employees with the objective of striving for safety and health excellence.
- Comply with all relevant statutory safety and health legislation.
- Provide a consistent approach to safety and health matters across its business activities.
- Aim for continuous improvement of safety and health management through communication, consultation, honesty and ownership.
- Implement a safety and health risk management system to identify possible risk areas and incident trends.
- Establish annual safety and health targets to support the aim of zero injury and illness within the workplace.
- Ensure that contractors, subcontractors and visitors safety and health is not compromised when dealing with CTI business activities.
- Provide injury management services and support to all employees in the event of a work related injury or illness.
